Dr. Borelli provides comprehensive care to the pediatric population. She has vast experience in both assessment for all types of learning and psychological disorders affecting school performance. Evaluations for ADHD, extended time for standardized testing/school/college services, traumatic brain injury, spectrum disorders, and Other developmental disorders are provided. Additionally, Dr. Borelli provides treatment including therapy for pediatrics and families/parents, cognitive remediation, consulting for schools, parent counseling, forensic work and more. She is licensed in New York and Florida.

As a licensed counselor, I offer individual, family, and group therapy which is solution-focused, skills based, cognitive-behavioral therapy. I have 21 years experience, am licensed in FL and IL as a licensed professional counselor, hold 3 national certification actions, and I am supervisor for mental health interns.
In addition to individual and family, I offer social skills and emotional regulation groups for kindergarten up to high school students.
In addition, we have intensive summer camp programs. They fill up quickly, as we only accept 10 students per age group. It is 20 hours of therapy each week!
We can help families with all concerns including depression, ADHD, behavior issues, Autism Spectrum, anxiety, poor social skills, poor emotional regulation, OCD, learning issues, school performance concerns, and grief.
Last, we have other experienced licensed clinicians including a licensed pediatric occupational therapist (Julie McKenzie), a licensed Speech therapist (Laura Asher), two licensed PhD psychologists to provide testing. We can assist your whole child’s needs socially, emotionally, and academically.

Mindful Solutions Therapy

Dr. Warren D. Keller was the founder of the East Amherst Psychology Group, the largest group practice of Psychologists in the Western New York area specializing in the treatment of children, families, and adults prior to relocation to Naples, Florida. Dr. Keller was trained in Pediatric Neuropsychology at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and completed his internship in the Department of Child Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo where he was formerly the Chief Psychologist at the Robert Warner Rehabilitation Center. He has been in Independent Practice for over 30 years. Dr. Keller’s research and clinical interests are in the differential diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and other related learning disorders. he has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on this topic. Dr. Keller is a member of the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Neuropsychologists, the Florida Psychological Association, as well as other professional organizations. Adults and families consult with Dr.Keller for a variety of concerns and services.
Divorce & Collaborative Parenting
WIth the beginning of new relationships, the passage of old relationships can be a time of significant stress for parents, partners and children. Families in transition often experience difficulty adjusting to the changes brought about by separation and divorce. Both parents and children require emotional support and guidance to insure existing relationships are not only maintained but remain healthy and stable. It is Dr. Keller’s commitment to assist families in moving towards relationships that are protected and enhanced with professionalism, warmth and compassion. Dr. keller has been assisting parents and legal professionals with parenting assessments and access issues for over thirty years. It is his intent to guide families through the process of divorce by empowering them to make healthy decisions regarding their future. Dr. Keller is on the roster of approved Parenting Coordinators in the Eighth Judicial Distrcit of New York, and the Twentieth Judicial District of Florida. Dr Keller’s practice in new York is limited to both forensic and family law matters. Dr. Keller is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals of Southwest Florida and is an Affiliate Member of the Family Law Section of the Collier County Bar Association.

Hernán Pinilla is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, available for counseling in Spanish and English. He sees adults, teens, and children 8 years old and up. Hernan offers individual, couples, and family therapy. He enjoys helping clients work through stress/anxiety, depression, adjustment (grief/loss, divorce, illness), marital issues, substance abuse and emotional trauma.
Hernán earned his degree in Psychology in Colombia, his country of origin in 1995. In 2012, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). Prior to completing his MSW degree, he worked in various positions including; Case manager at Catholic Charities, for The Career Laddering Program and Refugee Resettlement Program, Advocacy Counselor for Project Help, and Services Coordinator Early Steps. Since graduating from FGCU, Hernan served as a Clinician for two intensive Children’s programs at David Lawrence Center. In addition, he has worked at Avow Hospice as a Social Service Coordinator. Hernán has been employed as an outpatient therapist at the Family Counseling Center of Catholic Charities since 2016.
Hernan has a wide range of experiences in working with children, adults and seniors in both English and Spanish. His vast experience includes multiple modalities of treatment including individual, couple, family and group. Hernan has provided therapy in various settings including on-site in the Collier County Public Schools, in homes, the office and in the Collier County Juvenile Detention Center. Although Hernan is not a faith base trained therapist, he is a devout Christian Catholic and he is extremely receptive to utilizing the clients’ spiritual and religious beliefs and practices upon their request as part of their treatment.
Cicily Santora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that feeling safe, connected and content is the primary goal of any therapeutic alliance. With more than fifteen years of caring for those who are coping with trauma, grief and loss, family distress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health maladies, you and Cicily will develop a personalized treatment plan. You will learn ways of coping to alleviate emotional distress and gain and improve feelings of self-worth and confidence.
Cicily is also versed in 12-Step modalities and understands the unique challenges that accompany recovery. Consultation with your medical providers will be provided, as applicable, to promote better outcomes. Children, adolescents, and adults are seen with developmental needs in mind. Appointments are available in the afternoons and evenings.
Dr. Marilyn J. Varcoe is a licensed cognitive behavioral psychologist and life coach providing psychological care to a broad spectrum of clients. She can assist you in overcoming your personal crises and guide your transition to a healthier lifethat is more satisfying and free from stress.
Dr. Varcoe’s private practice is in Naples, Florida, where she is also on staff at Naples Community Hospital. She obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, her M.S. from Southern Illinois University, and her B.A. from the College of New Jersey. Dr. Varcoe has extensive years of experience in counseling, therapy and coaching. She is a frequent presenter of seminars and lectures on toxic stress and personal development, and has shared her expertise on both television and radio on numerous occasions. She is also the founder of Golf Smart, Inc., a program that teaches mental skills to golfers, based on her book Golf Smart: 7 Secrets to Master the Mind Game of Golf
She is the co-author of the book Toxic Stress: 7 Steps to Recovery which has received wide recognition and awards as a self help guide to overcoming stress and its toxic affects. She has traveled extensively as an international speaker presenting her seminars to a world wide audience.
