"Here for Life" Support Group

Empowering the Lives of LGBT Community

This is a group to promote mental wellness and discuss issues concerning the LGBT Community living in the Southwest Florida Region. Open to all who identify with this segment of our population.  Facilitated by: Lillian Mendez who can be reached at lmendez@mhaswfl.org.

A Peer led support group brings people together who have similar experiences.  Meetings are confidential, informal, non-judgmental, and are geared to stimulate discussion and sharing of concerns. Joining a support group is a valuable addition to, but not in place of, professional treatment.  Support groups can help you feel less alone by making connections with others in the LGBT Community.  Our new group will be meeting the 1st Tuesday of every month from 6pm to 7pm at our offices located at 2335 Tamiami Trail N., Suite 404, Naples, FL.  Please call 261-5405 or check our web site www.mhaswfl.org  for information.
