Use our Directory to find a Licensed Mental Health Professional
The Directory of Licensed Mental Health Professionals is
available to you, your business, church or organization. In it
you will find listings of therapists, psychologists and others
who are licensed to practice locally. The Directory details
their credentials and explains their areas of expertise.
You may download the Directory and choose yourself, or we can
provide you with the names of several licensed mental health
professionals that would be a good match for you and your needs.

Counseling
Services
The Mental Health Association's One Child/One Adult at a Time are
the only programs in Southwest Florida linking children and
adults who are in need of mental health services with mental
health professionals who provide pro bono services.
If you are without insurance or financial resources and need
mental health services, we may be able to assist. Eligibility is
based on a review of your financial status.
Once eligibility is determined, the Association will find a
licensed mental health professional who meets your counseling or
therapy needs and arrange a first session.
One Adult at a
Time
An adult is eligible for up to eight counseling sessions.
One Child at a
Time
A child will receive an initial evaluation session and, if
needed, up to 12 counseling sessions. Sometimes our mental
health professionals extend their pro bono services.
