Margaret A. Springer, Ph.D. offers confidential, psychological services to adults towards promoting balance and well-being while maximizing the person’s unique potential.

Dr. Springer provides psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples and families who are experiencing a life crisis, or disruption due to the loss of a relationship, the loss of a loved one, a health concern or another difficult life transition. In addition, she provides treatment for those experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders and other mental health concerns.

Dr. Springer uses different modalities in providing therapy depending on the unique situation of each client which might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relaxation Techniques and Mindfulness Training. The length of treatment varies from short-term to longer-term based on the needs and desires of the client.

Margaret Springer’s training in psychology includes receiving a Ph.D. in psychology from California Graduate Institute in Los Angeles, CA in 1998. She opened a private practice in Naples in 2002. Dr. Springer received her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Braniff Graduate School at the University of Dallas, Irving, TX in 1985. She has practiced psychology in both California and Florida.
